Question for Big Pete or any other stat guys

I noticed in some of your computations/number crunching you use the stats "Opponent's defense average" and "opp's offense"

I can readily find a team's points per game scored and points per game given up .... but I have no idea where to find the cumulative point averages of a team's opponents

where can I find such stats???
